Helper

- This is the highest ranking role.
- This role is given to members that help manage the core of CubeCraft.

- Members in this role help support the day to day issues that our customers/players have
- Helping with social media private messages, customer emails and live chat
- Help in the general support and sales department
- If you email "support@cubecraft.net" or "sales@cubecraft.net", these people will help with that.
Designer
- There are lots of variations of designers.
- Most of the team are versatile.
- The prominent goal of this team is to create excellent content for Marketplace: https://cbecrft.net/marketplace
- The team will also work on content for Java and Bedrock.
