I don't think so cause you're allowd to team in SkyWars, SG and KitPvP so why not in assasins. But I'm not sure :)

No it isn't. When I played Assasins, I mostly get killed by a team. :P

Nope, you can team in every game. But you cant cross-team (teaming with other teams)
