Temporary unfair ban

I got banned for a month by Sentine.
I have been playing for 2 years on the server, have stats specially in skywars, so hacking for me its nonesense.
Even so, i got banned for "unnfair advantade" when i was just lagging. reading the threads in this forum and messages from people in the discord server i have seen that many people is having this problem, and anyways the staff get our appeals denied or without any response.

I appealed the same day i got banned (june 22), and at the next day got my appeal dennied, so i started a conversation, and havent got a response since then. Then i tried writing an email to the anticheat team but got ignored too.

The staff says just to be patient but i am going to get unbanned (from an unfair ban) before i recieve any help.

Im sorry but its been 15 days since i started a conversation, im going to get unnbanned (from this wrong ban) before i get some help.

I don't really have any influence on that, sorry. It's possible that the Sentinel developers are a bit busy hence is why it takes a bit longer. Please be patient, thanks!
