"That user has never logged on to the server"

I noticed when reporting if you make a slight mistake a message appears at the top: "That user has never logged on to the server". It then removes whatever you've put and makes you restart again. Why? Can't it just be the name it removes?

the only time i reported someone i wanted to report to 2 people at the same time so i filled both names in.. NAD I NEEDED TO FILL EVERYTHING IN BACK AGAIN.
so i did that and came later to the conlusion he alteady was banned

Maybe it should suggest names from people that joined the server and are similar to that name

Now that is a good idea.But it would probably be easier to just not reset everything.

I think they should removed that it is pretty annoying

Hi, I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue. I designed the system so that it should check all of your inputs first and tell you if there is an issue before sending it so that you don't have to fill out everything time and time again if you make a slight mistake. I will look into this issue for you and see what I can do to solve it asap. Thank you for your patience.

Omg its so annoying!! I totally agree they should change this. Im sorry that I am doug and @ but seriously SOMEONE needs to see this...
