The "Auto-Balancing" Effect

Yes its great that you should always have even teams. It is just unfair if you're winning block wars by 4 captures, of course people are going to leave. Why would you change someone over from the team that worked to get 4 captures the whole game, then once everyone on the other team starts to leave brings over people from winning team to the loosing team, therefor not getting the win, and not getting the coin bonus because their team "lost"... i know it has to be simple code... if scoredif > 3 then dont auto balance team.

It is great concept, that i believe is one major flaw.

If it would be removed, it would make the game much more unfair. Let's say that your team-mates all crashed at the same time for some particular reason, or just left. It would be really unfair to the other team, as 8 players are pvp'ing one or two players. It's nearly impossible to win that way.
That's why keeping the auto 'balance' is a better idea than removing it, or adding it partially. At TheChunk, we hadn't really those issues with the auto-balance with the community, as the flag captures, kills and deaths were more important, which is not the case here on Cube. There is a leader-board for wins, and for kills, flag captures and such.
My advice is that you concentrate on the kills, flag captures and such rather on the 'win' sign, or winning.

I think they should use the same scoring system they did on TheChunk: it was more about your personal captures, kills and deaths rather than being on the winning side and people would finally pipe down about being switched at the last minute. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's the only way to keep it fair because sometimes players leave the game and it gives you an unfair advantage.
