News The end of Christmas

Hello CubeCrafters,

It’s the end of the month, and the start of the New Year. And so, we have got to release the results of our Christmas game, Snow Down, which we had out last month. The top winners will receive a free rank, which will be listed below. Congratulations to everybody that took part. If you enjoyed Snow Down this year, so we will may be releasing it next year, for Christmas, and will be even better than ever!

Also, I would like to point out the UHC update. This includes many bug fixes, new team sizes, and an awesome new lobby that I just “found” on the build server. Sorry, I don’t know who built it… it was just there and looked nice. There will be more updates coming soon to bring it up to standard with the other games.

Thanks for all the support from everyone who plays on CubeCraft, and the dedication that everyone has whilst we all fix the bugs.

It was a great Mini game, definitely one of the best I've ever played on this server. Can't wait for it to come back next year!

I think this minigame deserves a larger reply.
I've played about 21 Hours in-game time on this, full time about 49 Hours, I'm just gonna tick off things that were amazing about this and things that happened on my adventures.

• Everyone kept using the Red Hardened clay block bug to kill the Blue team, the most stressful thing ever especially if you were always on blue and you just magically died.
• Everytime anyone on the leaderboard (excluding pancake) got in a game with each other they left straight away because it "took too long" to take each other out and it just wasted time, it was a great idea and does help you get those extra wins.
• I Used a texture pack to change the red and blue wool into BRIGHT Red and Blue, Looked like Tron.
• To Annoy people, you could charge at them and both of you would die because of your remaining trail.
• On Dinner everyone went skywars mode and started using the Mega Knockback bow to shoot each other off.
• As soon as the game ended we had the /leave command copied into our clipboard and pasted it to gain 5 extra seconds to get into another game, that's how hard it was.
• Strafing is a Snow Down Players best friend.
• A Sad Tactic that a lot of people used funnily enough was sitting as if you were afk and if someone came near you to take you out you move left and they'd go straight through your trail.
• TNT was completely useless, doesn't kill you or does it move blocks, it's just really intimidating and makes you lag.
• If someone was invincible you ran as far away as you could.
• On Ice, Double jump to gain speed and strafe in front of someone.
• For Some reason if you run on your friends trail you will die eventually, no idea why.
• I Played 3 Games with Rubik and he killed everyone...
• *cough* Juanpablo and Bluedragon deliberately had a Tie. *cough*
• I scraped 35 Wins in 1 hour.
• the fishing rods take up all of your inventory and are impossible to aim when running... I Never hit someone with a fishing rod ONCE.
• Use F5 to see behind you and all around you.
• Capes look awesome on snow down.
• there are so many map spots that you can parkour to on House and Dinner.
• Circling people does nothing and just makes it harder for you to get them.
• Running over your own trail makes it disappear.
• Lag will Kill you really quickly.

I Think I covered everything... I think....
Anyways, Great Mini-Game loved it. Definitely should make an appearance next year but better.

I Got Ranked from Gold to Diamond.
If you get 5th you get 1 rank up.
4th - 2 rank ups
3rd 3 rank ups
etc, juan went from iron to obsidian. because he was iron already, if you were stone it was impossible to get obsidian.
