Obviously this will happen. They don't want to die. The goal of eggwars is to protect your egg and yourself so you are indeed going to build a base to protect you and your egg. If your egg is destroyed then you build a base to protect you. You just need to find a way to get up there, which will be a pain if they have a bow, but that is what makes eggwars challenging

Camping is frustrating and bannable. Just warn him 3 times. If he doesn't stop, you report (first record if you haven't allready) him and you leave. You'll loose. But you'll win the next game in the same time as you would've waited on the camper to die.
