Cause u say 'I'm a hidden stream'
Maybe that's correct?

The answer could be groundwater/or in Swedish ¨Grundvatten¨. I thought through two things before groundwater. First was water streams such as rivers. But these can you see so I scratched that haha. The second was water underneath so I thought like water in the rots but then as the riddle mentioned that it's deep within meaning it's water that you can't see but are deep within. Supporting growth to rot and stem makes me believe that it needs to be water underground in this case groundwater. I remember reading about groundwater when I was younger and the water cycle so this was interesting:D I don't know if it's correct tho.

The xylem. (Yes I had to google it sorry)
The veins carry all nutrition for the plant. Although some are visible with the naked eyes, those in the stems and roots aren't. The heart and bloodstream is also sometimes called the blood stream that forms the river of life, this can also be applied to plants.
