Yeah, it's really annoying :P

But it's because 1 iron = 3 blocks, so 21 iron = 63 blocks ;)

Simple solution, play normal... Or in op I think that if they made it cost 22 and still be 64 not many would complain... Or maybe everyone would be mad.

Besides that is because it is just for buying blocks quicker
So blame mathematics it is 63 since that is all thanks to math

3 = there is always something in the middle:

so you OCD is wrong!
