Web Thread poll downvoters

This adds a level of complexity to the forums I’m not ready to support. Forcing people to reply with a comment to suggestion just to vote, seems hard to implement and I feel like we could improve our site in other ways.

Sorry, but I don't agree. Another person might have already replied to the suggestion. My opinion could be same and it would be unnecessary to reply. It is easier if they can just vote ''no'' to show everyone that they disagree. I prefer the way it is now.
