Tournments

For the past few months, if not, years there have been tournaments held by players and the players have used the forums to send this to other active players.
I was thinking of the following suggestion and functions would be nice to have if a tournament is happening soon

Suggestion :
/tournament
This command would give a list of tournaments held by players via the forums.

Another thing that could be added to the list could be cubecraft tournaments held by the staff team or the staff team of the cubecraft office.

/tournment
Displays any tournaments happening withing a 14 day time spans hosted by cubecraft or anyone!

So maybe live streams too, but tournaments held by the staff team where players can easily login and play with the staff team and it could happen as often as the staff team would like it to.

The only problem with this is that staff with have to follow the forums all the time to put tournaments in, and a cubecraft hosted one would be hard because of time zones differences, language barriers ect.

Maybe we can add a certain section where you can set up and create your own tournament, players could create and join tournaments for certain games by themselves and without the help of staff members (if I get what you're saying at least).
Staff members could add in a tournaments by themselves once in a while.

Something that lacks in Cubecraft is the competitive.
Adding tournaments would definitely add more players to the game. This is because people want to see you the best 1.9 pvper is.
Out of all the premium servers Cubecraft is the least competitve. This might be due to the 1.9 PVP.
By adding tournaments will improve the competitive side of Cubecraft and make it more fun for current players.

There's no need to add a command for tournaments. It would be a better idea that a staff member held a tournament on a special event like Haloween, Christmas, Eastern, etc. I would like that better than the command though.
