If you chose to break rules, that's your fault. There's an appeals site to appeal your punishment(s). If your appeal gets denied you can always contact the staff member who punished you. You can of course, wait the punishment out if it's not permanent. You get 2 chances before you're permanently punished with most offences anyway.

Buying unbans I believe is actually against the EULA correct me if I'm wrong.

Personally, I agree with everyone above. It shouldn't be a thing as if you break the rules you shouldn't be granted a second chance based on if you have the money or not.​

If I remember correctly, selling unbans/unmutes is against the EULA. Also, we have an appeal system for that. If we sold unbans/unmutes, then players would care even less about the rules because they could just give money to have the punishment undone.

This will never happen. Sorry. You should have learned from your mistakes.
