Une petite suggestion (a small suggestion)

After playing Skywars, I noticed that whenever a donator is on, a LOT of people are always asking for OP chests. So, I am suggesting that in additon to the skywars multipliers, there could be an OP chest "vote ticket" of some sort, either per game or per day, available to all when used. There would be a lot of them, maybe 60 for $10 or something. As always, this is just a idea, so all feedback is great :)

Oh. And it could be expanded for not just OP chests, but other things as well :) like combined w point multipliers, or including time changes, kind of like a skywars gift basket, in a way.

I'm totally On Board With this idea. Even though i can't even vote for OP chests, people still ask me to. It's really annoying sometimes.

As much as I do like this idea, Diamonds (and up) lose the uniqueness they posses. Not saying this in a bad way, but rather because I don't find it fair for people being able to do something for free, when other people have to pay 100 or so dollars. This also discourages players to buy ranks Diamond and up. Maybe an individual pass for OP chests would be a good idea. Like 30 tickets for 10 dollars. Or even a group pass where you type in all the names of the people you want to receive the benefits.

You unfortunately cannot do that due to the EULA, because you need to make it so EVERYONE receives the perk.
The thing is with diamond, it is a one time buy, INFINITE OP chests for the rest of your life. With tickets, they only last so long and would provide (hopefully) a steady supply of funds for the server :)

The thing is, with tickets, its you use it, you're done. However, buying diamond rank means that you can get INFINITE tickets essentially, for a one time purchase. But for those with less money, they stll have the chance to be able to support the server and receive a perk, for all players (EULA) in return.

The EULA enforces that all players must receive the perk/powerup, therefore this is impossible.

Ah I see. But like I said before, the uniqueness will be lost. So I think this is a good concept, I just think the OP chests thing should be changes. It can also be modified to where you can only use it once a day or something

Wait, I am? Oh..

Anyway, we're not doing badly on reaching the donation goal, for example, it's the 18th now and we're around 80% complete, so more ways to get money and get people to donate isn't incredibly urgent.
Then, it sounds like a good idea, but I doubt a great deal of people would pay just for a couple of times being able to play with op chests.

The EULA has nothing to do with this @Trickmaster , thats the reason you just vote for it, and everyone gets the chests, not just one person. Regardless, voting for anything, as long as everyone gets the result of the vote, is not against the EULA, since you have no tactical advantage.

As of now, we are debating internally wether to have a system like this.

@halothe23 I believe it was it was a misunderstanding then, I thought that he meant when he used the "ticket", only THEIR islans would receive the OP chests, which would violate the EULA. I misunderstood, and I didn't realize it meant that he said he could buy passes for OTHER people.

The server community often purchase multipliers. Why would they not purchase 30 tickets (Or however many) for OP gameplay?
Buying multipliers and the "OP tickets", both, you aren't receiving anything physical or that lasts forever.

Whenever I join a game of SW, And I, being 100% sure, know that the players that notice there is a diamond+ donor, they continuously ask for OP chests. OP chests seems to be very popular, and it probably could, and if this "OP tickets" is successful, would influence others to want to purchase, meaning more donations to the server. (The Way I See It)

I don't know if this has been suggested or not, but why not just silence chat in the voting/kit period of the game? Or only be able to talk to friends on that period of time! :O

For my personally, I think the way we are doing now is working very efficiently.
If a stone-gold rank wants an OP chest and there is no diamond rank on,
then go buy a diamond rank. Simple as that.

It's not really about the annoyance of the people begging for OP chests, its a simply idea for more donations... Am I wrong?
