When you show me the part of the Eula that says that I will believe you :)If you reward a single player for voting no matter what the rewards are the eula doesnt like that.

the eula changes so rapidly there is no "done" eula. But if it isnt against the eula then why did they remove the old rewards which b your words are compliantWhen you show me the part of the Eula that says that I will believe you :)
they removed it due to a eula misunderstanding and a fear of being blacklisted :P no server to this date has been blacklisted for voting rewards even if they aren't cosmetic. The only quote I could find on this topic is from a spigot thread and not from any official mojang site/staff. In that quote it states that the same restrictions apply to voting as real money so cosmetics are allowed since you can give them to donators. If voting is against eula it would only affect the websites that you vote on and not the servers since they are the ones making ad revenue off of non cosmetic items.the eula changes so rapidly there is no "done" eula. It is against the EULA To reward players individuallyIt is? Im not sure but i think mineplex or hypixel are doing this, but as i said i may be wrong.
The exception is that Mineplex and Hypixel only give the players a Mistery Box or a Loot Crate. It is against the EULA To reward players individually
Yes on Hypixel & Mineplex they do It
I Don't Know What The Exception For Them Is
The EULA Is Confusing
if otherwise not what they are proposingThe exception is that Mineplex and Hypixel only give the players a Mistery Box or a Loot Crate.
Those items can only be traded for Cosmetics and no actual in-game currency.
So the server is allowed to give the players those rewards for voting.
