also /votekick is already a command

In tower defense it isn't a problem, as hacking doesn't provide an actual advantage.
I don't know if there's a client that actually has anything that provides benefits in tower defense.

The odds of an entire team thinking that a certain player is hacking are astronomically low.

This will get abused because what if you're in a map with 4 players per team and you're in TS with 2 players of your team and you're deciding to kick the other player just for fun. Of course there will be honest and good people who are only kicking people with hacks or people who're breaking the rules but there will be also people who are just doing it for fun.

No. Emerald not diamond. Lets think about the main reason ppl get diamond rank; to outdo gold ranks on voting. And even if that wasn't a thing, there are still loads more diamond ranks than gold ranks for some reason. Hardly anybody gets emerald or obsidian.
