I agree with it but just in Tower Defence because a lot of times i got lose by noobs placing wrong towers, and if the team is agree we can do /kick (nick) and if there's 4+ votes he get kicked. I want it.

A couple of weeks is usually 2 weeks but sometimes can be 3 weeks.
