Don't jump to conclusions... They most likely removed the voting mechanic because of how popular the server is, it's not needed anymore.
Just because something was removed doesn't instantly mean it's because of the EULA.

They didn't do it when the eula happened, they did it when cubecraft next updated, they did a lot of changes on that update that didn't involve the EULA.
