I would agree with removing a teaming warning as teaming is a pretty small offense anyway. Swearing bough can be different as a lot of people swear with their friends on the server and sometimes that leaks in global chat. There would always be that kid who reports every single person he sees swearing and about half players would receive a mute for swearing at one point xD I would be fine with making racial slurs and other hate speech instant mute able though as that is something I doubt anyone would just be joking with their friends about on a minecraft server...
But swearing should be covered in the chat filter. If they find a way around it it's deliberate and they know what they're doing.

no you didn't swear on purpose

you hit you keyboard in an angry way
like:
v/liosh;ddddf ;u;t awserewwws

except something in there happened to be a swear
In that case it should be covered by the chat filter and that's not something that will likely happen.

It depends on what we are talking about. If it's about teaming, I totally agree. It's hard to communicate to someone that speaks another language that they are breaking the rules. Now on the other hand, it also helps to say it because other players get to see it, not just the teamers. I'm sure at least some players speak English in a game. If we were talking about swearing, then this thread would be pointless because how would you understand their insults if they speak another language that you don't understand. Warnings are helpful because they alert other players, not just the ones that it's aimed at. @FadedRoses is this better?(I'm talking about our pm)

I strongly disagree with this. People who swear, intentional or accidental, reading the rules or not, deserve the right to have a second chance before being muted. That's what the warning system is for: to give them a chance to correct their behavior. If you report without giving them a warning and they're muted for it, how is that fair?
I have a solution for that. Get a plugin that automatically generates a warning for the player.

Another flaw with the current system: you have to warn them every time. Even if they have already been punished for it. Not very logical.

Shouldn't the chat filter deal with swearing? This would only apply if they try to bypass it.

Personally, I will only report someone if they fail to stop what they are doing, I will always try and make them aware of the things they are doing before I report them; warnings are the way how I do that.

I appreciate that most people ignore the warnings, but a small minority of rule breakers will see them and fix their actions; for this reason I would prefer for warnings to stay.

I agree with you but I think there should be just one warning not two, I think after the person has been warned once and they keep on ranting, they should get a mute. Just the other i was told I need to warn some one for being racist, but the catch is it was targeted offense, my friend is Asian, and the guy who was being rascist called him soup rice, and some other rascist/negative things. I was told i need to warn, for that i think there needs to be no warnings as he was being rascist. The cubecraft staff team should make a rule where no warnings are required for being rascist, after he says it once, it can hurt the person for a long time, so that is why I think no warnings should be required for being rascist, because it can hurt someone.

In the new rules, you only need to warn them once. As for the racist remarks, that is considered targeted offence which needs no warning.

Unless they don't know about the teaming rule. A lot of people are still unaware it's not allowed so its reasonable to tell them not to team. If they continue after that initial warning then yeah feel free to report them.
Why should they have a second chance? I think the second chance for them would be tempmute and not perm mute. They intentionally want to make peoples experience bad, they shouldn't get warnings. They should be tempmute then if they do it again perm mute.

If they don't speak my language I can't warn them anyway... where is this going?
The same way that you are. Warnings wont help people of another language. First of, you can't tell if they are swearing, second, I don't think they'll understand.
