Waste of my time

I'm sick and tired of mods not taking care of the reports I showed 3 videos of people hacking and you don't take care of it, it's like you don't care about people that are hacking cubecraft is worthless since they don't take care of reports

The staff team try their best to take care of reports, though it could take up to a few days to a week to get a response. Staff do get a mass amount of reports per day for them to take care of, so you have to be patient. If you don't get a response for more than weeks, I would say make a new report at https://reports.cubecraft.net

Sorry for the reply it only takes about 2 to 3 hours for someone to reply and they say that they can't do anything about it even with the proof

We are trying to make Cubecraft a better place for everyone every single day. We handle as many reports as possible. Please know that we have more responsibilities as staff members. Appeals, staff-help, forums, discord, in-game, internal stuff etc.

There could be a few reasons for us to deny your report, even if the player is cheating. (Use of labymod, not all 4 corners are visible, the cheaters username is barely visible and a few more reason). We make... like any other human... mistakes. Feel free to message us if you think we made a mistake. You can check who denied your report on the reporting site by clicking on the name of the rule breaker.

Hi, staff indeed gets a lot of reports everyday, but sometimes my reports get even accepted or denied in 10 minutes. But sometimes it also takes a bit longer. I'm sure you will get a response in already 12h not more then that. It may happen to u once that staff accidently didn't see your report and if you're waiting like 2-3 days then in that case you can always ask in #staff-help in the discord server of cubecraft if they maybe missed your report.
