For me it's ender chest.
It was close between this and exit item, but lodestone ain't that hard and the deepslate emerald is legitimately just 50 50 for any other item in pof.

Exit item is just luck u have that glitch and lodestone is harder than u think
Edit: deepslate emerald ore is even with this chance thing around 1/1000 chance

How hard is lodestone? You might convince me.
Yes but

emerald is legitimately just 50 50 for any other item in pof.

So it's also 1 in 1000 for dirt, stone, grass, and whatever else.
