What i think about Staff applications

For a Huge server like CubeCraft,I think its hard to be a staff member,not because they are strict,because peaple give up when they get "you can really at 24 April 2025".
I think they do that as a patience test,who acualy improve and don't give up and be active for 6 months means he is acualy working hard for it and wants the position,I Personally won't give up and will do whatever I can for this and all it takes.For the position of the server that made my childhood since 2017 in the Java server. Thank you CubeCraft🩵

CubeCraft is quite strict when it comes to staff applications since like you said it is a big server and another thing is that moderation for such a big server is tedious work so they dont just add new staff even if they meet the requirements.
My understanding on what you said with that date is the cooldown of you being able to reapply and yes it can be annoying that you have to wait for a while to apply again but its for a good reason and its for you to improve your skills in handling situations which the mods deal on a daily basis plus you can also use that time to reconsider if youre ready for the staff team or not

I dont know what you mean when you said "patience test" but from my perspective and opinion even if you worked hard for something it doesn't always mean its fit for you and in the end it could be for the better or for the worst...

Think of it as an opportunity to work on yourself and your interactions with the community, they've given you more than enough time to continue to show your dedication for CubeCraft and improve on whatever it is they said needed to be improved. I get that time-outs may feel quite long sometimes, though we always give denied applicants a time-out that we think is appropriate for their situation. Time-outs usually vary from a couple of days to several months. While patience is an important aspect of the application process, the time-out is not a test. It's simply what's needed for an applicant to improve and work on the feedback we gave them.

There are multiple factors we look at before deciding on an appropriate time-out. Is the player active? Does their profile meet our expectations, do they have the skills and qualities that are needed for a position like this? Are they applying for the right reasons, are they trustworthy? Is the player ready to take on the responsibility of being a helper on CubeCraft? We always give applicants personal feedback so they know what they can improve on during their time-out.

We don't want to discourage applicants with these time-outs, we always hope they keep being active and try again once they are ready. It's a good thing that you don't want to give up, being determined and hardworking to achieve your goals is a great personality trait!

If anyone would be able to reach the status of helper easiely, that all would not end up well. Starting at the use of polite language there are alot of requirements to be fulfilled to join the cubecraft staff team. If they would accept someone as helper that cant remain professional in critical situations, this would cause extreme problems for cubecraft. The time span of multiple months is important so players do not reapply after a week because they fixed the issue why they were denied on that short time span. They have to prove to have improved ober a longer time so the cubecraft team can be sure theyre now qualified.
