The reaction score shown on your profile is the amount of positive reactions your content has gotten on the forums. This includes likes, “love”, “agree” and more.

Your reaction score doesn’t affect anything by itself, it just gives others an idea of your like to post ratio.

There are certain trophies (which give trophy points, that’s another story though) which require certain amounts of positive reactions or above a specific like to post ratio. These are cosmetic.
