Personally, I'd go for the slime (in their baby form of course) because they're cute

I would choose the glow squid! Useless in Minecraft, and equally useless in real life.

I'd choose an Allay, a small flying mob that helps collect and deliver items. It’d be super useful in real life for organizing stuff, picking up things you drop, or even helping clean your room like a personal flying assistant!
