You aren’t able to explore it due to it being filler terrain. It’s just there for the looks, so the map doesn’t randomly cut off.

Me and my friends saw you in a lobby! I was really trying to get up there using the jump pressure plate, but I couldn't. Lorilamb and Suedivy were successful in reaching up there, but by the time I did, you left. Anyways, it was fun spotting you in a lobby!
