Player named Zakjes was skybase camping in a game. When I decided to annoy him by doing the same, he threatened me by saying he would report me, which he did. He had obsidian rank. I just think it's ridiculous you either have to film a video or need to pay money to report.

It's not correct to ,,annoy" others by breaking the rules like they do, instead you should report them on the website.
Under the offences that result in a ban punishment the video is a requirement to report, because that's the only way for staff to see the how the players cheat/camp/team etc.
The need to see the whole procces in order to punish correctly, and not make false punishments, which for exsample can be resulted if just a screenshot of a player staying in the air was enough for a ban under the illegal modifications offence.
It's possible to lag out, right?
About the /report command being a ranked feature:
It used to be free for everyone but sadly it got removed for stone rankers, but there was a reasonable argument for it and it was, that people have started to abuse it.
Paying for a rank does guarantee a little bit more, that you wouldn't play with it as much.
Hopefully you understood the meaning of those things.
Why do you need to make a YouTube video to report people? Why do you need a rank to report people?

You need a video to report anyone on our reports site (https://reports.cubecraft.net/) and as for the rank, you don't need a rank to be able to report on the site however we do limit the usage of /report in-game due to the amount of reports that would come in if we were to allow everyone to use it. Hopefully this makes it a bit more clear :)
