why is teaming not a punishable offence

well the title says it all since in EVERY game i play in solo be it in eggwars, skywars or hunger games there is at least one team and i really have to be honest it is kinda getting to me.i do respect the authority and i am not asking this to change i am just wondering why is it not a maybe 2 day bannable offence, since if the only punishment for teaming is getting kicked out of the game which does not really help since you cant make rec and upload a video to youtube and then make a form while you are ingame. so my question is why is it not a bannable offence (this a question NOT a request for things to be changed)

Teaming is a punishable offence, you have to record them teaming and then warn them once, if they don't stop teaming you can report them on the forums.

To answer your question: teaming is a banable offense (assassins and ffa not included). Players will be banned 24 hours when caught teaming. This ban only applies when the teamers don't listen to your warning.
