1) The detection is horrible. Players can place a single block then fly across the map and they won't be detected.
2) If a flying player does somehow trigger the anti-cheat, instead of kicking them they are just teleported back so they can fly again without triggering it. Why doesn't it just kick them? That way, even if it is a false positive it doesn't ruin anything, and if it is a true positive they are ridded from the game. Maybe a temp ban for a day or so would also help.
3) 1/3 games there are hackers (in Eggwars at least). This is pretty unplayable.
