Hi,
I'm going to mention a few reasons why the countdown has to go.
Is it possible that the countdown can be removed?
- When someone is spamclicking, you can not hit him because you get knockback.
- A fight may take a while
- It takes the fun away

Not true, you get none to a very few knockback when someone is jitterclicking youWhen someone is spamclicking, you can not hit him because you get knockback.
Dont see a problem with thisA fight may take a while
That's your opinion, that may not count for all others hereIt takes the fun away
The new PvP is very difficult. Moreover, it is very "get used to".Not true, you get none to a very few knockback when someone is jitterclicking you

It's possible to remove the countdown, or at least decrease it. But it will not happen if you use the arguments like you just did. I dont feel like it are the best arguments you can give. If you really dont like something, and you want to convince others. Try to support your opinion with meaningfull and good arguments. Only than you can win others opinion.
You did not convince me, try to get used to the new PvP mechanics. You're not the only one with this problem, try to get used to it and make the best out of it :D
The countdown does not belong to the real pvp. This is just a bad job that was created by Mojang. PvP is not wait and hit, understand that..... wut....?
Why remove the Cooldown I know most of the people are 12 year olds (most not all of them some are pretty mature) but really jitterclicking is annoying with the cooldown you atleast need to have some brain cells to pvp....
And it doesn't break your mouse!
Have you ever played Chivalry or Mount and Blade? Those games are praised as the best PVP sword melee combat games in the PC and I have never seen spamclicking in them, there is always timing and strategy rather than autistic clicks. The countdown does not belong to the real pvp. And reactions as get used to it are useless. 1.9 is amazing, the only thing less is the countdown.

To each his own.Yoyoyo get used to it . Stop acting so pessimistic.

Well I don't think it has to go really! Its more real by it you can't hit someone with a knife 360 times a second! The countdown does not belong to the real pvp. This is just a bad job that was created by Mojang. PvP is not wait and hit, understand that.

OMG thnx for the Back up bro now lets teach some people a lesson about thinking!Have you ever played Chivalry or Mount and Blade? I don't really think you ever played a true melee combat game.

That you believe 1.9 PvP is hard that does'nt count for everybody... I allready got used to it and you can too. If you start playing games to practici in stead of complaining...
I dont see whats wrong with the video, yes he takes half a block of knockback but the other one doesnt jitterclick as fast as it looks like...
I can speak Dutch but this isn't about him its about your opinionIf you understand Dutch, I advise you to look at this. He explains what he thinks.
