This thread is about your top 10 members that maybe could get Helper.
I'll explain :

1) (Name)
(Why he is a good helper)

And do that 10 times.

My top 10 is:

1) @hgbf
A lot of messages & likes and he has a lot of fans. Is much online and helps people of course.

2) @iLoveYouu
He responds to many threads, has a lot of messages and is old enough.

3) @Camezonda
He has long been on the forums, and he's also someone with a lot of messages.

4) @Steyro
He already has a lot of reports, often helps people in game. And his suggestions are also nice!

5) @xMegaCoolx
He has a lot of likes and messages, and he responds to a lot of threads! Old enough and has many fans!

6) @TeovoTeovo
Many likes and messages! Very helpful, and much online!

7) @Diogu
Not so many messages and likes. But In-Game he is helpful. On the forums to but not that much.

8) @Marieke2001
Popular on the forums and In-Game, many reports, and responds to many threads!

9) @AnmazingAdsome
Not very many messages, but very helpful and much online on the forums.

10) @mateu9999
He has a lot of messages and responds much on threads. Old enough, and helpful.

All of the things you just said are a bonus. When looking for helpers, we look at whether the person applying would fit the responsibilities or not. Things like being active are a must though.

The key requirement would depend on the players maturity and how well he handles a situation.
When caught in a pinch, will he be able to handle it calmly or will he give into the pressure?
Never let your emotions get the best of you.

1. @hgbf Very helpful and active. And he's nice ;)
2. @Dutchy_Nub Very active, helpful, and very nice to play with!
3. @AnmazingAdsome idk why. He's very active and he just seems like the type of player that could be a staff member.
4. @JustInStyle Very nice, funny, and a wannabemod (jk :p). I know he's responsable, because he was a staff member on a server where I was also a staff member. He almost did more than the admins themselves, even after quitting, lol.
5. @BuildBuild25 He helps a lot of people and is really active (congrats with 1k messages :) )
6. @Reddog37 The whole SaltSquad is now a staff member except Reddog :p Also, he/she (srry xD) is very helpful.
7. @zRinne She doesn't have a lot of messages, but my god, she knows a lot about CCGN and the community. Helps a lot of people and always gives her honest opinion.
8. @CyanYellow Idk, it feels like he's still a staff member, one of the most helpful members by far!

And this was my top 8. There's no special order, they would all be great staff members!
