YouTubers and CubeCraft

Hi there,

First of all a lot of YouTubers play on CubeCraft so should they have more abilities? As Landon said in a video "CubeCraft are like yea we have YouTubers playing on out server" ( I am not sure if that is exactly what he said). What he means is why don't YouTubers have access to something like /nick <dab> that will be their in game name but should always be able to do /nick real name or something like that. I think if you guys did add this it will stop/reduce the amount of targeting on YouTubers. I for one don't like targeting on YouTubers it's make it very unfair on others/players on YouTubers teams. Let me know what you think?

This has been suggested many times before. I personally don't watch any "cubecraft"-YouTubers, so I don't know how bad it is but if it they
get targetted this bad, a /nick command would be usefull for contect creators.

I'm not sure whether to have the ability to change your name is such a good idea... Not saying that YouTubers would do anything stupid, but being able to change your would pretty much make you invincible for any accusations. Just imagine a YouTuber changing his/her nickname and then start targeting in the chat; reporting would be useless.

Also, I feel like everytime a YouTube would join (for example) a game of Skywars and he/she gets killed it's called targeting. But it's pvp, that's how pvp works.
If you don't like having a YouTuber on your (for example) Team Skywars team, then you could just join an other game or pick a different team. And again, if your team would be attacked; it doesn't always have to be targeting.

Fact is, when you become a youtuber, you don't get to enjoy the game as much as you did.
Take a game from Pete. In this game EVEN A HACKER wanted him to BREAK HIS OWN EGG? Like.
"Pete pls break my egg" while flying in the air.
Or just people targeting him just 'cause and leaving the game once they killed him...
You just can't fight your opponents like strangers anymore, they'll all be like "OH HI I LIKE YOU TEAM!!?!?!? TEAM PLS IDC IF IT'S AGAINST RULES PLS DO HEY NO WTF WHY DID U KILL MEEE IM FANNN" and they would just kill themselves to let the youtuber win.

To not get targeted for voting OP maybe. Then staff will have a website to check nicks, not IGNs, and ban the corresponding IGN of the Nick.

Or maybe it's just too complicated and this is a bad idea. Idk.

You know they have i so they can go inadvisable to other players and so other plays cant see them so they dont need the /nick command, I think we could live without it.

There was one point bajan wanted to stop recording on cubecraft because players would just not fight theyed let him march in get the egg then kill them everytime this happened he kept saying he wished people would actually fight him, the other issue was screenies everyone wanted one so bad they would refuse to fight

YES! I like normal and when I don't vote op I get targeted :( even other ranks target me. I even once had someone build from to middle and there was 9 players left! If that's not targeting I don't know what is...

Let's say this, everyone is spamming OPOPOPOOPOP! The rank votes for what he wants, normal. The others will target him to "teach him a lesson" that's why ranks need /nick as well!

Instead of abilities give them something like /vanish (in lobby) or /nick (in lobby and in-game) because now people just spam the chat and target youtubers

Yes, /vanish could work too

And I think if /nick is added, this should be for ranks too (Obsidian, Emerald and possibly Diamond) because they pay and support the server

They have gotten alts, and the fact is, it's up to them. You should email them a poll and see what they say. I know they don't like being targeted, and I feel it should be up to them, but /disguise would be nice.
