I just want to know why the youtube rank requires 40,000 subs. Though I see youtube ranks in the lobby's with 47subs, 3000 subs, 2100 subs.. So im confused do the rules not apply anymore?

If the rule is that you need atleast 40k subs how is it possible that someone with 47 subs has the YT'ber. :D
But remember it is also possible that they've got Emerald+ :P

If that was really the case, it was most likely just a ranked player impersonating a youtuber. If you see a youtuber with less than 40k subs, you can give him a warning and, if he doesn't listen, report him.

You need around the 40k subs but it can be +point if you got only cubecraft video's and you have over the 30k

Impossible. There are some execptions that have 10,000 subs (such as YT that speak languages which aren't popular on CCGN, like german or italian). Problem solved.
