Can't the Admins/Owners join the server and try to get in contact with the Owner and try to stop it? I've seen players doing this before(I was Manager on a server and the Owner liked to use bots to advertise the server, a lot of players kept coming back and advertising their server on the server...

Yes and no. I personally like the idea of you being able to spectate as that is the best way to see how your friend is going in a game. For the no part, it's because of people being able "ghost" other players on their opposing team. I'll vote for a "Yes" for now as that is what I'm leaning too.

I play Team Egg Wars, jut not Solo Egg Wars. I personally don't pay attention to the Solo section, but I know that a lot of people did like it.

If you do get reported and banned, make a ban appeal.

It's not really something that needs to be changed anytime soon.
