It’s not a troll, since I’m not hurting anyone. Yes I like to throw things in people’s faces who can’t understand a joke, that might hurt. Ofcourse this thread isn’t totally serious. However, out of replies there was a suggestion to add more genders. Or at least an another option. Out of something bad always grows something good. Of course you don’t have genderphobia. The point I’m trying to make is that it could be fun to specify yourself as whatever you want.

I sure can understand a joke, but jokes like this aren't funny to some people on here and no I'm not speaking about myself as I'm 100% male. You're literally suggesting to add 'Komodo' as a separate gender, instead of being able 'to specify yourself as whatever you want'.

If you want an actual serious answer: no, komodo should not be added as a separate gender nor should people be able to type in whatever they want. Yes, I do think they should add more genders such as non-binary and whatnot

However, “out of the replies” there was the suggestion to add more genders as I stated.

This thread was created with no intention of a serious suggestion, that is obvious. This thread has now turned into a large number of people mocking those who identify as genders other than male or female. "Genderphobia" is not a thing. The correct term is transphobic and Priley is not transphobic. Every single person who has made a joke mocking non-binary identities is transphobic. Every single joke about identifying as a "plane" or "helicopter" or whatever is transphobic as you are mocking those who identify as non-binary. Just stop it. You're being unpleasant and nothing more.

More on topic, as I already stated, yes there should be an additional gender option. I would use it and I imagine other people would. Do not make it so that you can write whatever you want. If you want a set of more commonly used non-binary identities I can provide one.

But... if you don't want to choose male or female, can't you just choose 'unspecified'?

But male and female do, so if you don't see anything it's obvious that 'unspecified' has been selected.

But that doesn't actually do the same thing as an "other" option. People won't know anything. Unspecified is supposed to be used when you dont want to put your gender on your profile.

Well it’s obvious that a joke has turned in something bad, but I just wanted to say that this was for most of the “transphobics” just us (trying to) being funny and not intentionally trying to hurt someone. Could’ve said it in a nicer way instead of pointing out your finger and calling us transphobic. It now feels more like you’re personally attacking people for making jokes about Komodo’s thread. No I wasn’t intentionally mocking non-binary people. You also could’ve PM’d me asking if I could remove my reply or edit it because you felt like it insulted you and/or others instead of making things personal.
