All Networks Add Texture Pack Section.

Hi guys, i'm writing this thread to propose the Texture Pack Section adding. Here, on the forum.

➤ Why add this section?

➥ In my opinion, this may be a great opportunity for Texture Pack Makers to share their works with a community that can judge them.

➥ Also, this could be a great idea for Community Members that are looking for new texture packs.


➤ Where add this section?

➥ The section will be located in:
Forums -> Community Corner -> Creations -> Texture Packs.

Nice idea, but they should also have multiple tags, such as:

• 1.8 for 1.8.9,
• 1.9 for 1.9–1.10.2,
• 1.11 for 1.11–1.12.2,
• 1.13 for 1.13–1.14.4,
• 1.15 for 1.15–1.15.2.

Otherwise you may get a resource pack with glitched resources.

You're right, but the aim should not be to provide buggy textures, but to get judgments about your skills.

Great idea , I think the community should be more stick and by doing things like this would help a lot, almost 85% of the community use a texture pack just imagine the amount of people that could be looking for a texture pack though the CubeCraft Forums.

I don't agree with this idea, CubeCraft already has an artwork section that you can use, and judging by the extremely few amount of resource packs posted there you can tell how inactive the sub-forum is going to be, It's definitely not got enough posters to justify having its own section when artwork works just fine.

CubeCraft forums are for the network primarily, yes- its nice to share but there are sections to do just that and they are perfectly fine.

First of all thank you for expressing your sincere opinion.

I believe instead that many users do not publish their textures because maybe they don't find the suitable section.

Artwork is a perfectly suitable section.

I don't think artwork is the best section because you could also add sounds to your resource pack.

Music/Sound is an art, so it still fits. Lets not pretend that we need to add a special section for resource packs just because they could have sounds.
