bad staff team

The staff team tbh is just bad every time you join assassins oh surprise more and more hackers. Where is the help no where, its dumb that the game with probably the most hackers has the least help. I have full diamond most of the time and I can't even make it into shop because I just end up getting targeted by hackers. Like come on where are the staff the only staff I EVER see on there is @ChaosConjurer and thats it. The anti cheat just bans people with the worst hacks but some how never gets the diamond hackers thats great. No wonder most of the players on assassins have left its just unplayable and I know the feed back is gonna something like "staff have lives to, they cant be on all the time" like come on they are never on the game is just getting worse and worse it barely gets any big updates, most players just camp with diamond, hackers, and most players are just not finding the game fun any more most just don't come on because of hackers.

1. Sentinel is still there. (Sometimes, sentinel bans players unfairly, but it also bans hackers)

They just can't join every game when you call them, just report them. If you keep convincing, but not reporting the hackers, it's also your fault, because you don't want to take you time to report.
Like Spuuuni said: Every staff member has a life, and it's not like they should be forced to manage the server 24/7 in game, at the forums and on discord.
And: If you report, you help developing sentinel, so keep reporting, and sentinel will be better!

Sentinel does soo much ye ok.
Any point of reporting I mean most of these players are just alts and it's not like you are getting anything back that you lost tbh its just a waste of time
and ye staff have lives but thats funny because they are on every other game but cant come on for like a minute to see hackers :/

Thats your view to things and staff chose to be staff if they can't do it then they can easily stop and trust me I'm not the only one who thinks staff are bad I'm pretty sure mostly everyone on assassins thinks so.

"Impossible" it really isn't that hard to check assassins for like 1 minute. And not exactly what I'm saying they probably spend more times with monitoring lobbies then they do checking assassins I mean come on this is why assassins is losing players it really isn't fun when all there is are hackers it's just a waste of time you finally get diamond oh yay and surprise you're dead to a hackers that just basically the game. But yes I'm sorry they have lives and you clearly think that going there to help for like 1 minute is too much but hey it's fine because assassins loses players. The Staff Team have enough on their chest. Sure they are a big team, but it is 100% IMPOSSIBLE for every game to be checked for hackers, plus, Staff need solid evidence against people to ban them.

How about YOU join a Staff Team on a massive server and see how much you can do? I know from experience that it is IMPOSSIBLE to go from game to game all day banning left, right and center.

If you're tired of hackers in Assassinations, either play a different game, or just find another server. Just find a way to STOP COMPLAINING.

So it's not like they have to help people on Discord, on the forums and on the server? It's a hard job, and the staff team can't help every single assasination player who has spotted a potentional hacker.

There honestly aren't that much hackers on the network anymore as there used to be.
Because you claim the Staff doesn't Moderate Assassinations well enough, has nothing to do with the player count.

About Sentinel, do you honestly expect us to create a perfect anti-cheat that bans all hackers? That's nearly impossible.

Oh no your player counts goes down because of hackers like who wants to play when all you find are hackers and "aren't that much hackers on the network" maybe not all around but assassins hasn't changed tbh it probably got worse. Fair enough you can't have the perfect anti-cheat but it can be a lot better for a start it would be great if it stopped banning false players some of my friends have been banned multiple times because of it. Anyways waste of time arguing about this I doubt anything will change anyways btw this is my opinion and I know for a fact I'm not the only one that thinks the same about the staff and the anti cheat.

And if you want them to be demoted: Ridiculous. You say they should be demoted because the moderators do not come online when you call them. That's pretty selfish, since they have a life too, and you do not want to report the hackers.

There are too much players who convince about a potentional hacker in game to come online.
Just report them, please.
And about the IP ban:

Not too long ago I have asked Management (more specifically @johncoles ) about IP bans and why we don't do them/shouldn't do them. Here are the main reasons:

Brothers/Sisters (Siblings)
If your brother/sister is going to cheat or swear and gets banned and/or muted, their younger/older sister/brother will get muted for pretty much no reason at all, since it's not their fault.

IP sharing
Now hear me out, there are providers who can share one IP over multiple houses, which means you could screw over an entire street for example.

VPN
Also known as a "virtual private network". Basically this changes your public IP which the server reads, these are free and are very easy to obtain.
"But a VPN blocker !1!!"
There is no way to make a VPN blocker as far as I know without screwing over actual people/IP's.

Therefore, we will not be doing IP bans, thank you for your suggestion though;
