I first off want to say, i have never played or watched cubecraft factions so some of my ideas could already exist or not or even not compatible with their ideas
after that let me start of with

1# 2 Separate Faction Servers
Custom Enchants : Custom Enchant Books are gotten in any way CC wants that is EULA compliance like fishing for example
Normal factions : the usual faction server cubecraft hosts

2# Faction Levels
Exp is received by killing enemy faction players, grinding, base building, and faction missions
F levels give you different perks like permanent speed I or increased mob drops etc

3#Faction Missions
Daily: simply tasks (Base building, Mining, Killing...) can be redone daily
Weekly: more difficult tasks (^^^......) can be redone weekly
Progressive: Extremely difficult, can be done once a month?

4# /fly command
A feature you get once completing a certain important task in the faction server could vary depending on CC style
Can only be used in your own faction claimed, will be auto disabled in other faction claims/ wilderness in 5 seconds

Stone Rank = 2-3 homes
Iron Rank = 3-4 homes
Lapiz = 4-5 homes

All commands including "/fly, /feed, /nv, /fireball, /ext...." can be accessible through in game money or quests/missions maybe also for +1 extra home :D

Naah I dont think thats needed it would just take up more esrver memory

#1(no) = They could just focus on one server instead of 2 different servers. Easily more tweaked to give a better experience rather than more experiences. Quality over quantity, as they say.

#2(yes,but some edits) = Faction Levels, I think they should all be based on how much land you have. If you have more land, you can store more money into the faction. The more money you have the higher your level would be. Killing enemy factions sounds exploitable, but can be fixed by making players who have less that 0 faction power to not give any towards the level progress.

#3(yes) = I think it'll be pretty good to switch things up or work up to something. Maybe a quest thing that targets the strongest faction (highest level) in the server.

#4(yes) = To earn /fly you need to have a high faction level. Maybe all the officers gain the ability.

#5(no) = more /home for donors? MOJANG POLICE ON THE WAY

#6(yes) = I like the idea of a RNG based reward system that have pretty good stuff

#7(no) = Any command that gives the Donators extra "convenience" and "advantages" is considered to be illegal by the MOJANG POLICE: "THERE'S A 4 2 0 GOING DOWN ON CUBECRAFT FACTIONS"

#8(yes) = Good idea to make the crate keys accessible ;)

#9(yes, only if #2 gets implemented) = This is a good idea to see where you are at and who the top factions are.

these features i gave you with bonus perks are to keep the server going (they depend on donations)

(#2 idea is a must) for your faction you may purchase stuff with In game money and have to be certain levels
e.g To get Faction Exp Multiplier for 1 week you have to pay 2m and your faction has to be level 7
just an idea :)

1st memory is not space its ram low memory=laggy server
2nd you have seen multiple factions servers with this because almost all factions servers are non-eula compliant.
3rd /feed saves you an inventory slot for food and inventory is important so its against eula
4th /ext the same it saves the spot for water bukkit
5th /nv would save the resources for night vision pots so it is against eula

2 is not what i think you think it is, its for factions, if you join a powerful and old faction most likely they will have a high level, new factions will be level 0 and they have to progress upwards (1-2 is easier than 2-3 etc)

- Yes those server should get punished but there are too many of them. And since they are mostly 1.8 the blacklist doesnt affect them
- explain PVS
- even if they sell pots in / shop donators wont have to buy them and therefor saving them money which they can spent on other things so its an ingame advantage.

but the keys will be obtainable in game... how is it pay 2 win (the keys are luck based to receive)
Variety to gameplay, I like it. But fishing for books... no.

@Ping Ether I just searched around google and many/multiple servers have the /fly thing
including plugins ready for download

-the only possible con for /fly is it won't be detectable with fly hackers you wont see the difference

I think this is a good idea! but it would be much better if they made an ncp for buying access to commands ex. (/fly costs $10000-in game money) ;)
