No, -1 I am dutch too, but when you type something like: 'Hoi, ik ben Nederlands, wil er iemand met mij teamen/een game spelen?' (Hi, I'm dutch, anyone feel like teaming with me/playing some games?) You will always find someone who is dutch and wants to team with you. Also, I think it would be a bit discriminating against other countries, who have been asking for their own host too (for example: US) And if every countrie would get its own server... Big chaos would happen. So No.
