Hello! I’m going to preface by saying that I got inspiration from a couple of threads from Dotsially. These threads had great ideas and a lot of support so I decided to piggyback off of them! Here they are:
Ranked suggestion and
Guild Suggestion. These ideas have been suggested before in the past but I would like to elaborate on them a bit more.
What is a guild? A guild is an organized group of players that frequently play on the server. You could compare to the clans feature in Clash Royale or Clash of Clans. Or like the clans that already exist on the server but far more elaborate and organized.
Why Guilds? Guilds can help players engage with the community. Guilds can add a new level of engagement in the server as people will work together to reach a goal. Guilds can add more structure and organization to the current clans/guilds that play on the server. It will add a fun, new aspect to playing with your friends and the community.
Guild Creation:
Anyone with Lapis+ and 5,000 points has the ability to create a guild with /g create(Guild Name). The player will then have the option to set the guild to invite only or public. The player will also have to choose the Guild Prefix(up to 5 letters). The color of the Guild prefix is grey at default other colors may be unlocked as the guild levels up. There can be up to 100 players in a Guild.
Commands:
This is going to be a simple list of commands for guilds
/g create
/g join(Name)
/g invite (Name)
/g leaderboard(Lists the guild leaderboards)
/g chat(Guild chat)
/g leave
/g disband(Disbands the guild)
/g settings(Pulls up the guild settings)
/g promote(Promotes someone to a trusted role or other guild roles)
/g demote(Demotes someone from a role within the guild)
/g kick
/g online(Lists online players in the Guild)
/g mute(Prohibits a certain member from talking in guild chat)
/g unmute(Unmutes a guild member)
/g stats(Shows the guild level, history, etc)
/g log(Shows recent actions performed by the guild “staff” team)
/g discord(Gives an invite to the guild Discord)
/g help(Brings up the list of guild commands)
Guild Ranks:
There will only be 4 guild ranks; Member, Trusted, Secretary, and Leader.
Member:
This is the most basic role. This is given to every new guild member. They can perform basic guild commands and have little to no perms.
Trusted:
Think of this as an officer position or a moderator. Trusted players can kick and mute players. Same as the Member rank but with a little more permissions.
Secretary:
This is similar to an Admin position. These players are very trusted and there are only a few of them. They deal with guild promotions and demotes, as well as invites, mutes, and kicks.
Leader:
This is the Guild owner/founder. They have all of the permissions stated beforehand as well as the promotion and demotion Secretaries. Additionally, they can activate Guild EXP and Point multipliers.
Guild Experience and Guild Leveling/Rewards
Guild experience can be earned by guild members when they get kills in games or win. Guild experience also levels up the guild. There will be a cap of 100k guild EXP per day that the guild can earn. As you level up you can unlock rewards. Leveling up can reward your guild with special cosmetics, the ability to earn more Guild EXP in a day, or the ability to change the color of your Guild prefix. Furthemore, another possible reward for leveling up is a small chance to get double exp in your games. This chance can range as you level up
Guild Store
A place where the Guild Leader may spend his points on cosmetics, Point, EXP, and Guild EXP boosters for the guild. Limit on how many boosters can be purchased at a time(1 day cooldown after buying 5 boosters.)
Guild vs. Guild
No, this isn’t a huge PvP battle between guilds. This is a competition between guilds on who can collect the most Guild experience in a set amount of time. Guild vs. Guild competitions will last either 3, 6, or 9 hours. All Guild Experience boosters will be turned off. At the end of the competition the winning team will either get a few Point or EXP boosters. There will also be a Guild vs. Guild leaderboard.
Guild Leaderboard
There will be 2 guild leaderboards. One for Guild levels and one for Guild vs Guild. The Guild vs. Guild leaderboard will show the guilds with the most Guild vs. Guild battles won. You can access the Guild leaderboards with /g leaderboards.
What is ranked? Ranked is a competitive version of games you play on the server. Ranked typically has divisions based on your rating. Ranked will not last forever, there are seasons and at the end of the season there is a week break to fix all of the bugs, glitches, and collect rewards.
Why ranked? Ranked provides a challenging alternative to players who get bored of normal game modes that would be interesting to have on this server. It’s a nice twist to the game modes that we have been used to for a long time.
Ranked Lobby/NPC
There should be an NPC in the main lobby that when clicked will teleport you to the Ranked Lobby. The Ranked Lobby will contain NPCs with game modes and if those NPCs are clicked it will teleport you to a game. These NPCs will also contain the leaderboards for ranked. There should also be an NPC where the ranked rewards will be located and collected. You will need to be at least level 10 to play ranked. A level requirement is necessary in order to prevent cheaters. There will be no level requirement for Tower Defence as it is not a PvP game mode.
Ranked Game Modes:
EggWars: 1v1v1v1 and 2v2
Duels: 1v1
SkyWars: 1v1v1v1
Tower Defence: 1v1
ELO/Rating System:
This is how it could possibly work(can be changed):
These will be the ratings for Duels, SkyWars, and EggWars
Rating between 0 - 250:
Win = +50 rating
Loss = -0 rating
Rating between 250 - 5000:
Win = +50 rating
Loss = -15 rating
In SkyWars and EggWars(final elimination) if you eliminate 2 players but get killed you will receive: +10 rating.
If you manage to break an egg in EggWars you receive: +5 rating
Tower Defence
Rating between 0 - 250:
Win = +50 rating
Loss = -0 rating
Rating between 250 - 5000:
Win = +50 rating
Loss = -10 rating
Duels will be the same as EggWars and SkyWars in terms of rating.
Divisions/Leagues:
Bronze League: (0 - 1000 rating)
Silver League: (1000 - 2000 rating)
Gold League: (2000 - 3000 rating)
Crystal League: (3000 - 4000 rating)
Champion League: (4000+ rating)
Rewards:
These will be given out at the end of the ranked season.
Possible rewards:
Bronze League: 2 cubelets, 1000 EXP, 250 Points, 50 Trophies, Bronze Hat.
Silver League: 4 cubelets, 2000 EXP, 500 points, 125 Trophies, Silver Hat, Silver Trail
Gold League: 6 cubelets, 1 super cubelet, 4000 EXP, 1000 points, 250 Trophies, Gold Hat, Gold Outfit, Gold Trail(arrow and cosmetic).

Additional Information:
- Perks and kits will be disabled as ranked will rely on skill and a tad bit of luck.
- Trophies can be used to buy ranked cosmetics(kill effects, death cries, etc.)
- Ranked Season will reset once a month so that new people may have a chance for higher divisions.
Although most of this thread is
What are Private Matches? Private Matches are matches that don’t count for points or experience where you can just mess around and have fun or host tournaments.
Why Private Matches? Private Matches can be beneficial in a number of ways, people can now practice their pvp skills in a private match, they can do whatever they want like building a house, tournaments can now be held without the participants having fear of being banned.

Thank you all for reading! Many of the things I have written/suggested are subject to change. I have just provided a framework for some additions I would like to see added to the server. I would love to hear your opinions they are greatly appreciated!
I would like to thank @Dotsially or Despacito 2 for the inspiration even though he may never see this. Your threads helped me so much man.
