How do I do the quest "dye master" If I try to turn lapis into dye it doesn't work and I can't bone meal the ground to get the flowers.

It is not possible to craft blue dye due to the version of Minecraft that CubeCraft supports, so just use lapis lazuli itself in place of the dye.
