Good afternoon!
My name is Romello, 20 years old and I've been playing CubeCraft for about 6 years now.
Since about 2 months ago, me and a friend of mine decided to try our best to become a Helper on this server, as we would like to support the server to the best of our ability.
Even though I understand a lot of the things a player has to meet to become a helper, I still have some questions.
This isn't a criticism of the server, but I'm mainly curious about what you guys think about this, and this rule is the way it is.
The rule I have a question about.

- 50 successful website reports
For a very long time I have no desire at all to grow into Helper.
This actually only started a month or two ago.
I do have some reports, but these are reports that have been collected for about 2 years, and these are (on the forum) 13 players.
In my case, I can say that I meet all requirements except for the required activities on Discord, forum and the reports.
And I'm sure I'm not alone in this.
I do my best to report rule breakers, but I think CubeCraft is missing out on good moderators and helpers because of the reports.
There are also players who don't pay attention to, for example, players who curse and in that way don't care and just play their game.
If those exemplary players then want to join the helper team, they have a long way to go because of the expected reports.
I would like to join the team in the future, but I find it annoying that I have to constantly watch the chat for this, that I generally don't really do, I usually just play my game and someone has to do something really really weird, for me to notice it directly in chat.
Again this was definitely not an attack to the server. It is still my favorite place to relax and play a game with my friends.
A possibly good idea
Is it perhaps an idea that every starting helper is linked to a "buddy"
The newcomer has 2 weeks to prove that he/she is good enough as a Helper before the newcomer joins the team.
I understand that the 50 reports is a possible activity filter, but this way you filter out the 'bad apples'.
But maybe you already do this?
I'm curious what you think about this, and if I might be completely wrong about this?
let me know!
