Poll How often do you dream? (Weekly poll)

For this weekly poll I'm asking you how often you dream. I'm actually curious about this since dreams are always so interesting. Not just the frequency but their meaning and just what happens in them. It's so surreal. I always try to make sure I remember whenever I dream. Because it's so interesting.

Every person actually dreams more than once a day during their sleep, but many forget their dreams just as easily as they come. I've had periods where I remembered one or two dreams I had every night, whereas nowadays I'll recall a dream once or twice a week or so.

I actually almost never remember my dreams and if I do it's only twice or once a year which is pretty surprising.

I remember some of mine from the past but never in like the past week at least for some reason, usually when I wake up still dreaming I guess

What helps is going to bed early, eating and drinking healthy, etc; just keeping yourself in good shape.

I’d say I have about 2-ish dreams a week that I remember. They’re often either eerie, whacky, crazy, impossible irl, or all of the above
I can only think of 1 good dream I’ve had in the last 1-2 months, but it wasnt anything that I could actually see ever happening irl. My dreams are always so weird!

At 7 years old I had dreamt about how pillows were now able to walk, talk and basically do anything that humans are able to do and they were hunting down humans, and I ended up dreaming the second part of this dream when I was like 14 lol.

Omg I love it when my dreams continue later on! I often still get recurring dreams or dreamscapes… so strange.
