If i get banned in discord,is it always temporary before permanent (excluding serious case?)?also is it worth it to appeal the ban if its a month long

Idk,personally most discord servers do temp ban,what about you think?also is it worth it if it's a month(in java,bedrock and discord scenarios)???

And appealing is uneceassary
They are extremely unhelpful and just repeatedly tell you that there is no way around it
