This stems from the new announcement of a translator rank. The fact that staff members themselves are commenting on the thread with confusion/disagreement shows that this pretty big decision wasn't mentioned to moderators and that there is poor communication within the staff team.
In addition to this, there were also quite a few moderators who liked posts which disagreed with the new rank.
Please note, this post isn't meant to be hate or anything. I just think it should give the management team a bit of a kick in the backside and also a bit of assistance with pointing out their mistakes so that it won't happen again. It's understandable that a few mistakes will be made with the new management team stepping in, just need to make sure to point them out so that you can learn from them.
