Is it just me, or do bows break Eggwars a lot?

During late game, when people have already gotten bows and all, is when Eggwars becomes really boring. Basically everyone is camping. What allows them to camp? Bows.

What do you guys think?

If you're going to say bows are the source for camps, I would bring up TNT as well.
Then again I don't think it does much because you can always build a safe bridge to avoid getting hit off, get a shield or have a teammate stand in front to shield you while you slowly build upwards safely with walls, the higher and closer you get, the more they won't be able to shoot. You need a strategy to counter it. My teammates and I never had a real issue dealing with bow campers/spammers.

i hate bows so muche i can,t even play a normal game on eggwars or a guy with a bow starts to spam the **** out of u ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡° )

i think it's balanced out with the shields. also in op theres enderpearls so if someone's camping you dont even have to build over

^^^ thats true but also there are those bow fighters that break ur armor because they spam the bow

in my opinion if you even replace bows with fishing rods or snowballs or eggs it would be better. Also it would be a good idea to even be able to buy a placeable fireball and hit it its not too op but still is a ranged weapon

Maybe they should have e-pearls in normal mode for like 2 stacks of diamonds? That would be easier to fight against campers?

or the remove bow and make like a deathmach that all the island and egg gets disstroydafter like 20 minns or so and everyone needs to come to mid and fight it out ther there are no campers and egg with 20 layers of obi are pretty uselless then and if the are campers then the will die after the islands gets distroyed to yea that :*>

I agree with you, that it is kinda easy to kill somebody with the bow on EggWars, but it is still part of the game, it is making the game more challenging.

It also depends on which game mode you are playing.
This is my tactic against campers/archers:

- Basic: Build a secure bridge.
- Normal: Build a secure bridge.
- Overpowered: Buy an Enderpearl.

+1 A safe bridge is the solution, and try to have someone who can shoot back

no! i think diamond gen's should be removed from spawn islands! that way unless the go to mid the cant have bows(does that makes sense) :)

Thats a terrible idea, no epearls and not as easy to get obsidian is what makes normal mode the best
me and my friends have a hard time taking out bow spammers in late game, but we almost always win unlike when you have random steve skins that lag and dont know how to communicate very well.
