Hello, welcome to this returning topic. The recent additions have been a great success. My forum account has not.
That’s why it took some time for it to come back.
This time we’ll be making:
This dish is very unknown to the wide public, but it used to be a traditional meal during Easter in Indonesia. Especially on the island of Komodo.
The ingredients:
-Carpaccio
-10g crushed Parmezan cheese
-20g pine nuts
-5g raw spinach
-5g peppermint
-1 @Spoon of olive oil
-1g Daim Easter Egg chocolate
-1 Matze (for further info:
https://nl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matse )
-a little pepper and salt
You place the Matze on a plate (Rather a horizontal dish or it’ll break).
You put the Carpaccio gently on the Matze. Crush a few pieces of Parmezan cheese and put them onto the carpaccio. Add pine nuts and olive oil to your own taste. As decoration, add 1 milka Daim easter egg and 5 leaves of spinach with a peppermint on each. Voila, your Carmatzio is ready!
Hope you’ll enjoy it! I especially eat this diner for breakfast.
