Hi there, i have a possible suggestion for a new addition to the lobby/pause menu on Cubecraft and wanted others opinions on its practicality and use.

This side menu stands out to me as bland:

Therefore, this could be used as some sort of lobby leaderboard which ranks your server level against others in your lobby. It could also show time played in each game mode (for example, in the eggwars lobby it would show total time played across all eggwars modes?). Or some other metric which would be fun to compare against others with.

I personally enjoy seeing the amount of time and dedication put into certain gamemodes so it would be cool to see a metric displayed on the pause menu. Possibly being able to pick your own to show off (such as gametime, etc). I also wondered whether it is even possible to add a banner system (much like discord banners) that could be displayed here and sold as part of bundles, if that is even possible.

I have not fully thought this out and would appreciate any and all opinions on the topic, and if you think its a bad or good idea!

TL:DR pause menu looks basic, want to revamp it.

I kind of doubt this can be changed due to it being a built-in Minecraft feature rather than a CubeCraft specific feature. It would be cool, but basically impossible as far as I know.
I have seen it done on a smaller scale such as realms, but I’m unsure on whether it is even possible on a large-scale server like cubecraft so you might be correct

I know what you are talking about. When using the /scoreboard command in Minecraft, you can have it appear as a list on the pause menu. It basically shows how much of some variable (typically money or points) each online player has. As @Hoshi said, I don't think that this is possible on CubeCraft, as it's not really the way scoreboards are used. Cool idea, but I'm not sure if it would be possible to to Minecraft restrictions (mainly, I believe CubeCraft doesn't store data in scoreboards, making this impossible).

I also feel like its more data to process on the server side as if I look at leaderboard specifically it takes 5 years to load it. I would like the live game ranking system as long as it doesn't effect performance.
