So I might not be well known and im not a very fantastic player but in my opinion people don't have to be popular to become mod. It's all just the way you act to the staff and the way you play. Being popular might be a step but the major part is to not break ANY rules.

People who aren't staff cannot recommend other players for moderator. The owners will ask him if they wanted him to be a mod. And he isn't very well known on the server tbh, so not many of the staff may recommend him in the next mod election.
