More efficient warning

Just to make sure the people hear the warning,(only for mute) or it can be done for hackers and other bannable reasons.

So everytime lets say I do /report ExaM_ple SPAM

Then, ExaM_ple will get a message saying "You have been reported for the reason - SPAM By SpritySpritz.
(Or something similar like that)

I think this will get more people to stop after the message and scare them a little...

I think they should only be able to use the command if a trusted member then...otherwise it could very easily get abused just to scare da noobs

I wouldn't trust the players to use the command, it could get abused VERY easily and VERY fast.

So if you find a hacker in kit-pvp, once you use /report he/she will know that a staff member will join and check if he/she has any hacks. Then the hacker will turn it off so he/she doesn't get banned.
I think it's a bad idea :/

I've seen reports with swear words so I believe that some people will use it to swear at others

And as for this idea I don't really fancy it.
Becaus epeopel will abuse it and if heaps of people do it will just cause a riot for the admins and mods.

What if you report a hacker, and the hacker gets a notification saying "Derpface has reported you" or something like that, and then he turns off hacks?..
