Poll New Minecraft Movie Capes

Yes, I'm making a thread at last (I made my last one in May 2024). Do you all remember the new capes that came out last year, for Minecraft's 15th year anniversary? I can't believe Minecraft is over 15 years old already.
Guess what, Minecraft just released new capes: The Home Cape and The Menance Cape, earned from watching Twitch and TikTok respectively.

The new capes are pretty good, AND I CANT BELIVE THAT MINECRAFT MOVIE IS COMING SOON!!!
I already have the home cape, but I can't get the Menance Cape for specific reasons.

If you want these, you have to watch any Minecraft content(which has drops enabled in twitch, I don't know about tiktok) for over 3 minutes, then you will receive the 25 digit code for you to redeem.

Please note, these capes are only available in Bedrock for now, they will come in Java edition later.

Click 'Games' Tab
In the bottom left press 'Redeem a Gift Code'

They suck because they're really hard to get. I wish they did that kind of stuff in-game

Reasonable, but it isn't as hard as you think it is. You just need to watch content on twitch/tiktok, then redeem the code here after signing in! It's pretty simple.

I don’t think the capes look good to be completely honest. If you look at them closely, you can even see they messed up the texture of the backs of the capes (they’re off centered). Though the elytra texture definitely makes up for it…

I don’t agree with this. I think they’re extremely easy to get. Personally, I really enjoyed the event they did for the Office cape, where players had to put in genuine effort to try and get it. With these you can just leave your device open for a few minutes and boom, you got em.

They’re for a collab, they’re supposed to only he obtainable throughout external means.

To get the capes, you need to sign in (or create a new twitch/tiktok account). That's how you will receive a notification that will include the code for the new capes after you watch live content (with drops enabled).
Then, you need to go to this link to redeem the code AFTER you sign in. Then, the cape should be in your Bedrock account.
It will be available in Java edition later, but you can still redeem it, because once it comes to Java, the cape will automatically appear in the same Microsoft account.

The biggest issue with these capes are most of the people just farm the codes which is almost against the whole thing with the cape that it is something rare but the people farm them to sell them later,most of which are scams

They did that anyway with the Minecon capes as well. Some were literally sold for thousands...

I like the Home cape better than the Menace cape! It is also easier to get, personally. I’ll have to download TikTok to figure out how to get the Menace cape before the deadline…
