Personally, I enjoy triple health quite a lot. I don't quite get why it's being attacked so much. It's great if you want short, action-packed games on a small map. If you're not a fan of the classic sword vs. sword PvP (which is me, I don't like just staying in swordfights for a long time), it's great to take triple health to dissuade players from doing so. It's a great option that's fun for maps like Kingdom, where you can utilize certain map features to rush people early.
Personally, normal items triple health is one of my favorite combinations to vote. I can see why others may not like triple health, but I personally would like to keep it there.
As for hardcore items, I never use it myself, but it's fun for some who want a true test of skills and ability. It can lead to more careful, strategic gameplay, which is appealing to some.
Anyhow, I wouldn't remove any of the things mentioned.
